Human Body Study

The amazing students in M9 have been studying the human body and learning how to keep healthy. They chose interesting facts to present in a 'Comic Life' Poster.

Our Class Mascot is on an adventure in the Bay of Plenty. He is on a field trip with Andrew from LEARNZ studying an Estuary's ecosystem. We have our own estuary at Waikuku Beach and we are learning the importance of looking after this special environment to ensure all the native animal and plant life stays alive.

M9 was lucky to have Lesley from Mastaguard, an organization that helps the environment. She helped us learn about the water cycle and how nature and the human race depend on fresh clean water to survive.
